- You want automatic syncing with your shop. This tracker doesn't connect to Etsy; you paste orders in.
- You need full double-entry accounting or payroll. Use accounting software for that.
- You want tax filed for you. This estimates a set-aside; it doesn't calculate tax.
Before you buy
"I can just use my Etsy stats."
Your stats show revenue and views. They don't subtract your materials, postage or time, and they don't show margin per listing. That gap is what this tracker fills.
"Spreadsheets aren't my thing."
You only type in the yellow cells. Everything gray is calculated for you, and the DEMO file shows a filled shop to copy from.

FAQ
Are the fees right for my country?
The defaults are editable US-style examples. Enter your current rates once in Settings and every order uses them.
Does it connect to my shop automatically?
No. You copy and paste your orders, for example from a CSV export. That keeps it simple and private, and nobody needs access to your shop.
What about orders with several items?
Give each item its own row with the same Order ID. The fixed processing fee is counted once per order.
How long does setup take?
Most of the work is typing in your products once. After that, pasting a month of orders takes a few minutes. The DEMO file shows exactly what goes where.
Do I need Excel?
No. Every template works in Google Sheets, which is free in any browser, and in Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer on Windows or Mac. Your download includes a Start Here PDF with a Google Sheets "Make a copy" link.
Are there macros, add-ons or a subscription?
No. These are plain spreadsheet formulas. You pay once, keep the file and can use it for as long as you like.
Is this tax or accounting advice?
No. The templates help you organize and estimate your numbers. Results depend on the data and rates you enter. For tax questions, talk to a qualified professional.
Can I use it in another currency?
Yes. The currency is a label, so type amounts in your own currency. Nothing is converted.
How do I get the files?
Checkout runs on Gumroad. Right after you pay, Gumroad shows a download page and emails you a receipt with the link. Your download holds the BLANK file, a DEMO file and the Start Here PDF.
